libpthread-stubs0-dev software package provides pthread stubs not provided by native libc, development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpthread-stubs0-dev
libpthread-stubs0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpthread-stubs0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpthread-stubs0-dev *
You will get with libpthread-stubs0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
